Useless: crashes every time I try to open on my iPhone

Trying to get trip info loaded to phone (iPhone XS iOS 16.5.1). I have a booking. Log in option says it doesn’t recognize email or phone. Sign up option displays solid red screen. Look up booking says oops something went wrong. So utterly useless. Try again.

This app is just as the reviews say. Notice how there are no 5 star ratings. They have to update the app.

In reading the reviews I see that a year ago someone complained about the app not having English as an option, well that is still the case. You would think that a year would be long enough to fix it. It’s useless to me

Who is responsible for this? No English option for an international cruise line! Sheesh!

Booked a trip with Viking but cannot register for sign in to app because English not an option. Even when I try to sign in under Finnish the USA not an option for country under address entry.

Am on a Viking river cruise...signed into their wifi as instructed, but I just keep getting an error message when I try to use it for onboard info. Staff on ship isn't any help. Love the idea but what's going on???

Basic app about the cruise ships and onboard entertainment. There seems to be no app for the river cruises.

It should be more clear from the description what Viking trips this is for. It seems to only be for trips originating in Stockholm.
